UO watercolour skirt

I desperately want this skirt. :(
I've already tried it on, and there are raving reviews on the website. Should I...? $60???? It's "silk", and reviews claim it is indeed delicate. But I'm going to check the material label at the store again, just in case.

Whether silk or not, should I pay $60 for this gorgeous, delicate skirt?


Also, these Jeffery Campbell shoes. I shouldn't have read the raving reviews as well. :(
